BlackBerry Desktop Manager 2.0 Now Available for Mac in Beta Zone
on Saturday, October 16, 2010
Mac users are known to lack efficient support from RIM on BlackBerry software products. Users are now reporting that BlackBerry Desktop Manager 2.0 has hit the BlackBerry Beta Zone.
It is said that Desktop Manager 2.0 does include WiFi media sync, as found in Desktop Manager 6.0 (Windows). Desktop Manager 2.0 has the other features, such as:
- Sync your media (music, pictures and video)
- Add and remove applications
- Device Switch
- Backup & Restore
- And more!
Most North American users should get a notification upon signing into Beta Zone. It is a limited beta, and therefore you may not see it available. If you aren't a member of the BlackBerry Beta Zone you can sign-up here.
Note: You must run Mac OSX 10.5.7 or higher in order to participate in this program.
Thanks Venu!
