BlackBerry Protect Will Be Available Soon

With the introduction of BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) 3.2, users will soon be able to use BlackBerry Protect. This free service, only for BIS users, will allow you to make sure your BlackBerry and the data on it are always secure, even if you accidentally lose the device.



Features of BlackBerry Protect:


  • Wireless Backup (contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, SMS, browser bookmarks)

  • Remote locking device

  • Startup Screen "Lost & Found"

  • Remote start ringing loud

  • Preview site

  • Remote wipe

  • Remote playback device content

  • Access to the console from a PC browser
