BlackBerry Storm3 Details Leaked in Training Slide?
on Monday, July 19, 2010
At last, perhaps some solid evidence pointing to the existence of the BlackBerry Storm3 could be this training slide. Until now, we haven't seen any tangible evidence to support that a new Storm device would be releasing.
According to training slide, the Storm3 will be nothing more than a refreshed version of the Storm2. You can check out TestFreaks for more on the Storm2.
Having the Storm3 as a refresh sounds like it falls in line with the rumors we've heard about a Storm4 coming out later with much more upgraded features. Here are the upgrades to the Storm3 from the training slide:
- BlackBerry 6
- WebKit Browser
- 512MB Of RAM
- 5MP Camera With new UI
- World Edition
- 802.11n WiFi
- 3G Mobile Hotspot
The only 'big' upgrade seems to be the 3G mobile hotspot. Something interesting to note, if you look closely at the bottom of the image it shows a release date "___ember". So of course we may see this in September, November, or December, which falls in line with previous Storm series releases and the Holidays.
Would you upgrade to a Storm2 refresh, or wait until the Storm4? Is the Storm series a lost cause?
