Qype for BlackBerry Updated to Version 2.0

Qype let us know that their Qype app, which is a location-based social networking tool, has been updated to version 2.0! Qype connects users to share their reviews on businesses and other places around them.
Currently, Qype services include:
- Browse over 20 main categories (restaurants, bars, shops, hotels
and more) across 158,000 cities and towns. - All the information you need at your fingertips: addresses,
directions, phone numbers, and photographs. - Over a million people-powered reviews to give you the insider
knowledge for any neighbourhood.
What's new in version 2.0:
- write reviews from your handset
- upload photos from your handset camera
- register with the site
- BIS-B support to solve connection problems some users have
Qype currently supports 8520, 8900, 9500 and 9700, and they are working on a
3rd version of the app. This will have full social functionality,
like the iPhone v3 app out in the new few weeks. Qype is also working
on adding support for handset models 9000, 9100, 9105 and 9520.
