When you program the blackberry it supposed to fill the SIP USER ID as MDN @bb.alltel.com. but some time it does not do that. U can scroll down and add that info manually. When customer is roaming with verizon some time phone sends the six 0's and last 4 of the phone number as NAI . even you reprogram the phone still see the same log in LDAP. So you can check SIP USUER ID and fix the id there and balckberry works fine.
